Contracting parties
These Terms form an agreement between you and Phaltronshor.world regarding use of the website, enquiry forms, and Nuvia-branded offers described online. If you purchase goods, additional order-specific terms may attach at checkout; where they conflict, the more specific clause governs that transaction only.
Eligibility
You affirm that you have legal capacity under your local law, that information supplied is accurate, and that you will not impersonate another person or entity. Business buyers warrant they are authorised to bind their organisation when using corporate contact details.
Description of services
We provide informational content, contact workflows, and—where available—distance selling of food supplements. Descriptive language highlights routines and sensory qualities but does not replace professional medical, dietary, or pharmaceutical advice. Paid advertising, if used, must send visitors to pages consistent with the offer (including price, category, and operator identity on our Impressum page).
Invitations to treat
Product listings, sample pricing, and hero promotions are invitations to treat under Austrian civil law concepts unless expressly labelled binding. We may decline orders for inventory, compliance, or abuse-prevention reasons. Automated acknowledgements do not constitute acceptance until we confirm shipment readiness.
Pricing, taxes, shipping
Displayed prices for Austrian consumers generally include VAT. Cross-border deliveries may incur duties, carrier surcharges, or foreign exchange fees beyond our control. We correct obvious typographical errors before debiting payment instruments.
Intellectual property
Text, photography rights we licence, layouts, icons, and the Nuvia wordmark styling belong to us or licensors. You may not scrape, mirror, or resell content without written consent except for temporary caching by your browser or as required for quotation under fair dealing principles.
Acceptable use
You must not probe systems for vulnerabilities without coordination, bypass rate limits, harvest personal data of other users, upload malware, or send deceptive messages through forms. Violations may lead to suspension, legal injunctions, or reports to competent authorities.
Warranty for digital aspects
We strive for high availability but do not warrant uninterrupted service. Where digital content is defective according to consumer laws, statutory remedies apply without charge within the relevant period.
Liability framework
Unlimited liability applies for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body, or health, and claims under the Product Liability Act. For simple negligence we are liable only for breach of material contractual duties and limited to foreseeable typical loss unless consumer law dictates otherwise.
Consumer protections
Statutory withdrawal, warranty, and information duties remain untouched. Our Refund Policy summarises return mechanics but does not replace mandatory brochures you may receive outside this website.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Austrian law to the extent not mandatorily superseded by the law of your habitual residence as a consumer elsewhere in the EU.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission hosts the ODR platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ for cross-border disputes. We are not obliged to join alternative dispute resolution bodies but evaluate good-faith mediation requests sent to our contact email.
Changes
We may adjust these Terms to reflect law changes or product categories. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance where permitted; material adverse changes to consumers receive heightened transparency.
